Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping within the continental United States. It typically takes 2-3 days for delivery once the package is processed and shipped. If for some reason your order is damaged in transit, please take detailed photos of the piece and send them to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery.
Want your package sooner? We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all shipping options and pricing.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Ornement Jewelry is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
A re-shipping fee will be applied to packages returned marked as undeliverable or return to sender. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for cancelled orders resulting from being returned marked as undeliverable or return to sender.
We want you to be happy with your order. We will accept returns of merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging with sales tags, and be in the same condition as when it arrived. All purchases of sale, promotional, or custom items are final. Please email email@example.com to request a return and for a return shipping address.

A refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise returned in an acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
